Steady sends customer-care text messages only when the recipient has provided valid consent through an optional website selection or an explicit verbal agreement during a live conversation. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We maintain records associated with text-message consent, including the phone number, consent status, date and time, method, disclosure version, source, and applicable employee or form record. These records help us honor communication preferences and demonstrate consent.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver and support requested communications, such as telecommunications, hosting, security, and customer-management providers. These providers may use the information only to perform services for Steady and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.

Action Employee Operational SMS Alerts
Steady Technologies may send operational Action call alerts by text to Action Construction employees who have separately chosen to opt in through the employee consent form. These internal alerts are operational and are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, service, or purchase.
For this program, we retain the submitted phone number, consent choice, date and time, source, disclosure version, and related submission metadata so that we can honor employee choices and preserve evidence of consent.
Mobile opt in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
