This notice applies only to the Steady Technologies customer text messaging program. It supplements, and does not replace, our general Privacy Policy.
When you submit the SMS consent form, we retain your name, mobile number, optional email address, consent choice, submission date and time, IP address, browser or user agent information, form source, program name, and disclosure version. This metadata helps us preserve evidence of your choice and honor opt out requests.
We use this information to send appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support messages, service and project updates, requested follow ups, and review requests, and to administer consent and opt out records.
Mobile opt in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that support message delivery may process information only to provide services on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
